Terms of Use
The simple rules governing the use of Rightier
and the associated Edge hardware.
1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (ToU) govern access to and use of the Rightier service, including Edge devices (Node, Dongle, Radio) and the Rightier Cloud subscription. They define the rights and obligations of users.
2. Use of the service
Rightier allows you to use your own local SIM card to make and receive calls through your application. You are responsible for the use of your SIM, its content, and compliance with the laws of the country in which it is used.
Rightier hardware must be used legally, whether personally or professionally, and must not be used to bypass restrictions imposed by an operator, platform, or public authority.
3. User account
Some features require creating a Rightier account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any action performed through your account.
4. Rightier Cloud subscription
The Rightier Cloud subscription includes supervision, updates, security, and remote access to your Edge. It is billed monthly.
The subscription can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation ends the associated services and access to Cloud‑dependent features.
5. Responsibilities
Rightier cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by your mobile operator, your Internet connection, the condition of your SIM card, or any external failure unrelated to Rightier hardware.
You are responsible for the use of your local number, calls made or received through your Edge, and any use that does not comply with applicable laws.
6. Personal data
Rightier does not sell your data. The information required for the service to operate is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time, in accordance with applicable regulations.
7. Hardware
Rightier hardware (Edge Node, Dongle, Radio) remains your property after purchase. Any unauthorized modification, bypass attempt, or alteration of the hardware may void the warranty and render the service inoperative.
8. Updates to the Terms of Use
Rightier may update these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be informed in case of significant changes.
